Request for Yearbook Pictures
It is tradition at Ben-Hem that each fourth grader receives a yearbook with pictures of all of their classmates throughout their five years of elementary school. We typically include some pictures taken by Coffee Pond, but the rest are pictures that we get from YOU. This is one of the hardest parts of the fourth grade prep because it takes time for everyone to sort through their pictures and upload them. If you have pictures of your child (and others) from Kindergarten through now, please upload them by Friday, December 18. Please follow these instructions carefully when uploading: PLEASE NOTE: Upload links have been removed from this public page. Please see the communication sent to the Class of 2029 Parent email group for access to all links. REQUIRED Baby Picture (we need one for each student) 1) Find a favorite picture of your child from when they were a baby or toddler. 2) Name the file with your students name (Last-First, example: Fernandes-Kaitlyn.jpg) 3) Navigate to the "Baby Picture Upload" upload form (requires Google login) 4) Upload your picture REQUIRED Fourth Grade Student Picture (we need one for each student) Typically, we get a copy of the student and class pictures, taken at school by Coffee Pond, for use in the yearbook. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we are not certain as to when or if these pictures will be taken. As a result, we are asking parents to submit a recent "headshot" of your student that we can use as a back-up. These do not need to be professionally taken. Just submit a picture of your student that was taken this year. Neutral backgrounds are best and taken relatively close up (waist up). 1) Find or take a picture of your child from this 4th Grade year. (see examples below) 2) Name the file with your students name (Last-First, example: Fernandes-Kaitlyn.jpg) 3) Navigate to the "Headshot Picture Upload" form (requires Google login) 4) Upload your picture All Other Pictures (optional) Use the form below (requires Google login) to upload pictures from each grade and some of the major school activities. You can upload up to 10 photos at a time. Please note that we won't be able to use all pictures that are sent, but we will do our best to ensure that we have at least one candid photo of each student in the yearbook. Also, aside from the Baby and Headshot pictures, we only use pictures that have two or more students in them (no individual pictures) and those that were taken at a school sponsored activity (no town sports, birthday parties, or outside activities). Depending on which yearbook company we wind up using, you may have the option to customize a page of two of your student's yearbook where you can put these other non-school photos that are special to you. Candid Photo Upload ** Please submit a new form for pictures in different categories. You can upload up to 10 pictures at a time. The categories are listed below.** Photos Taken During School Day (class parties, concerts, field trips, etc)
