If so, the Bennett-Hemenway PTO has the solution for you!

Each month, the Bennett-Hemenway PTO will be publishing the “On The Prowl” newsletter.  It will be sent home, in print, to over 600 students (460 families) and will also be available online.  The content of the newsletter will include teacher spotlights (written by students), volunteer spotlights, information on upcoming events, and reviews of events that occurred in the past month.  There will also be features on our Seed to Harvest program (school garden) and any other topics that would be interesting or important for students and families to read.  We expect that the newsletter will be widely read by all.

We would like to help fund the cost of “On The Prowl” by providing local businesses with an opportunity to include an advertisement or coupon in the newsletter.  If you are interested in reaching 460 Natick families, please fill out the form below and send with your check to the Bennett-Hemenway PTO.

"On The Prowl" Advertising Fees:
  • 1/8 Page Ad = $20 per edition ($150 for 9 editions – Savings of at least $30*)
  • 1/8 Page Coupon = $30 per edition ($200 for 9 editions – Savings of at least $70*)
  • 1/4 Page Ad = $40 per edition ($275 for 9 editions – Savings of at least $85*)
* If your order and content is received by September 19, 2013, you get the 10th edition free.

  • February 24, 2014 (Deadline 2/13/2014)
  • March 17, 2014 (Deadline 3/24/2014)

  • May 19, 2014 (Deadline 5/12/2014)
  • June16, 2014 (Deadline 6/9/2014)
Size Specifications:
  • 1/8 Page Ad is 2.5” x 3.75” (one-sided)
  • 1/8 Page Coupon is 2.5” x 3.75” (two-sided, front and back)
  • 1/4 Page Ad is 5” x 3.75” (one-sided)
Other Specifications:
  • Newsletter is printed in grayscale (no color)
  • A maximum of 2 ads will be placed on each page, and no more than 8 per newsletter.
  • Ad content can be the same each edition, or changed as long as the content is received by the deadline.
  • An electronic proof will be emailed to you each time content is changed.
  • Coupon expiration dates must be at least 30 days from publication date.
  • You will be mailed a copy of each “On The Prowl” newsletter that your add or coupon appears in.
