The PTO's Holiday Fair, a shopping extravaganza and community event, will take place at 5PM, Friday, Nov. 18, 2016, throughout the hallways of our school.

Local crafters and vendors are encouraged to reserve space to place your product in front of the more than 450 families at Ben-Hem and several more local community members.  Please view the Vendor Invitation Letter and Booth Request Form below to reserve space at this event.

For shoppers, a visit to the Holiday Fair's Marketplace is a great way to find unique gifts from local craftsmen/women and peruse options from vendors. Parents and community members can also shop for children and young adult books at the Scholastic Book Fair.

In addition to creating a fabulous shopping experience, the Holiday Fair features free crafts for students, a card creation station to support the Red Cross "Holiday Mail for Heroes" program, and a holiday bingo game to keep the older kids occupied as parents shop. Pizza and baked goods will be available for purchase.

Ben-Hem families can also sign up to take a free holiday photo. More information photo sessions will be sent to families via the school's Bobcat Bulletin.

In addition to commercial crafter/vendor space, the event also allows students to reserve table space, at a discounted rate, to encourage entrepreneurial skill development. Student applications are available on the Holiday Fair web page, here.

Photos from last year's event can be found on the PTO's facebook page.
