Family Fun Night
Get ready for our end-of-year celebration!
Ben-Hem's annual Family Fun Night is being held
on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 6-8 PM
This is a great opportunity to relax and socialize with other Ben-Hem families and say good-bye to the school year. Tickets are $7 each but kids aged 2 and under are free.
Along with a live DJ, we'll have bouncy houses, obstacle courses, a cake walk, spin art, food (hamburgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs, pizza, fruit, cotton candy, shaved ice and refreshments) and more. It's all included in your ticket price!
Advance ticket registration is required to attend. The registration deadline is May 27, 2016.
This year, purchasing tickets is a 2-part process.
At the end of the registration form, you will be provided a link to complete your transaction on PayPal. ** Important: If you do not receive a receipt from PayPal, your tickets are not valid. If you do not have a PayPal account, no worries. You can still process your payment through their site.**
The deadline for purchasing tickets ended May 27th.
In case of rain, the PTO will move the event to Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 5-7PM. Notifications will be sent on Facebook and through the Bobcat Bulletin. No refunds will be issued.
It takes many hands to make this night successful. Please consider volunteering for 30 minutes during the event. Pick a volunteer spot when you purchase tickets or visit the Family Fun Night SignUp Genius, here. You must be available for both the event date June 3 and the rain date June 5.
General Ticket Information:
$7.00 per person
Children 2 and under are free.
Ticket registration is an online process. (Start with the form below.) Please follow the online directions carefully.
Your registration is not active until you receive a PayPal receipt.
There is no need to print a ticket. Check in at the event entrance located behind the school.
No refunds will be issued.
