Secret Summer Pen Pals

Almost 70 students are participating in this year's Secret Summer Pen Pals! The PTO's Pen-Pal program encourages students to read, write and type more by exchanging letters over the summer.

Sign up at penpal.benhempto.org by Tuesday, July 7, 2015.

After completing the form, your student will be paired with another Ben-Hem student. Each participant is committed to writing at least 5 letters over the next 8 or so weeks. They should not reveal their identity until the final letter. Postcards, fancy stationary, cut outs or pictures can be included (just don't reveal your identity until the final letter). Students who sign up will receive a kit, via email, containing instructions, topic ideas and a printable "reveal" letter form. 

Last year more than 50 student participated. Let's see if we can beat that number this year!
